Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, lesson plans, and course content to ensure they align with the latest Python programming trends and industry standards.

Needs Assessment: Identify the specific training needs of participants and customize training programs to meet those needs.

Assessment and Evaluation: Administer assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Hands-On Labs: Design and supervise hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce theoretical learning.

Individual and Group Training: Deliver training to both individuals and groups, either in-person or through virtual training platforms.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Python programming and related technologies to ensure training content remains current.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar).
- Proven experience in Python programming and software development, with proficiency in both basic and advanced Python concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in virtual training and the use of training platforms is a plus.
- Python certifications, such as Python Institute certifications, are advantageous.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
