Job Purpose

  • Digital Journey
  • Process revamping and stitching
  • O2C process
  • Enterprise CAPEX and OPEX management
  • Last mile, Core / NLD, Mid mile and other products and solutions
  • Gateway to the technology functions
  • Assessment and moderation and ownership.
  • Planning of Last Mile CPE / delivery requirement as per business forecast.
  • Accountable for service delivery budgeting and planning for end to end
customer service delivery as per Target.

  • End to process stitching for the New products and Solutions
  • Technology process ( Feasibility, Service Delivery and assurance)
  • Enhancement of existing processes as per current challenges and guidelines
  • Improvement in Cost Per Link as per FY Capex Budget
  • Introduction of new CPEs/Products to enhance Service Delivery performance
  • RFP Vendor Evaluation, POC testing rollouts of CPE for VIBS.
  • Audit SPOC from TES for process compliance for Internal Audit and TL9000.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Managing the Budget & Planning of Service Delivery LM requirement
  • Process rehashing and revamping with the internal and industry benchmarking
  • Process and Tools Governance.
  • Manage escalation at first level for all the Budget & Planning related issues.
  • Implementation and compliance of automated fulfilment process
  • Act as SPOC from TES in New product onboarding and system compliance for FLX products for FRS, BRS, OSS system related communication.
  • Carry out UAT for all new IT development in OSS to ensure FTR deployment.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 15+ years' experience in Project management, Telecom, networking and Data Communication for Enterprise products & services.
  • Good stakeholder management to coordinate with Cross functional teams from Business, circle Teams, Marketing, Commercial and Finance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in approach with positive attitude

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • B.E Electronics and Telecommunications
  • Prior experience of working across telecom verticals and leading/ managing teams in enterprise customers experience Management.
  • Manage dynamic, highgrowth, high uncertainty environments.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work streams to meet Business demands.
  • Commercially astute.
