Responsibilities:


  • Research, write, and edit technical content such as product documentation, user guides, API documentation, technical whitepapers, blog posts, and knowledge base articles.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different audience segments, including developers, IT professionals, and decisionmakers.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent tone and style across all technical content to reinforce brand identity and enhance readability.
  • Optimize technical content for search engines (SEO) and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical writing and content creation.
  • Participate in content planning and strategy sessions to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review and provide feedback on technical content produced by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine content based on user feedback, analytics, and industry developments.

Salary:
Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
