You will be part of Quality check(Qc) process wherein you have to audit assigned cases (voice/Video and Medical description

You have to capture all the errors made by doctors and give feedback and correct it real time.
You have to ensure all given cases are getting completed with zero error in audit
You have to keep a track of all errors made by doctors
Should know basic medical terms and medical condition
Should be flexible with shift timing and ready to extend the support during months.
Should be familiar with basic of insurance domain operations
Should be good in south Indian language along with English, Hindi

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
