Insides Sales ExecutiveJob purpose:
*To ensure sell of our insurance products
*To ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed
*To communicate changing customer needs to the top management
*To expand our reach to untapped customers
Main Accountabilities:
*Quality advisors' recruitment:
- To meet potential people in the natural market
- To persuade them to become advisors for RNLIC by explaining the benefits and remuneration by creating winwin situation
- To grow advisor base perpetually
Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
