Job Title:
GDS Alliance Resale Ops Coordinator

The GDS Alliances Resale Ops Coordinator will function out of the GDS Alliances Delivery Center and will be responsible for providing ongoing support for Customer Resale contracting process, as part of the broader global Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function.

The inclumbent will own the process and work towards enhancing the current model, thereby ensuring readiness for accomodating a larger volume of contract support opportunities in the near future.


Job Summary:


Essential Functions of the Job:


  • Contracting process management for customer resale agreements
  • Contract reviews to identify & flag changes to specific contract terms (e.g., noncommercial clauses)


  • Database management

  • Contracts templates, Contact lists
  • Finance, Procurement, Legal and Risk management teams
  • BRIDGE creation and maintenance support
  • Process management and status reporting
  • Proactively follow up with Client Pursuits/engagement teams in multiple countries to reduce bottlenecks in the workflow and contribute in reducing turnaround times at each review step
  • Liaise with approvers across multiple regions to obtain their approvals
  • Manage exceptions and consult/escalate as needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness despite time zone differences, especially for timesensitive requests
  • Manage request tickets on ERMS tool
  • Actively supports implementation of EY procedures and policies in all daily activities
  • Understand the process gaps and propose preventive / corrective action where appropriate
  • Collaborates with end users and stakeholders to contribute to a good working relationship, answering questions, collect feedback and actively look for areas for improvement
  • Develop, maintain and promote positive relationships and engagement with key stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly summarize issues/challenges to be resolved
  • Highly organized with program/project management skills
  • Should have strong documentation skills should be able to draft detailed process documention using appropriate writing skills and visual representation. Should have experience in using process mapping tools like SIPOCs, crossfunctional flow charts (created using MS Visio). Should have experience with creating training materials
  • Experience working with contracts and ability to evaluate changes and summarize impacts
  • Should be excellent with MS Word including ability to manage versions, track changes, compare documents, etc.
  • Cultural intelligence and a global mindset: the ability to effectively work acrossborders with different styles, cultures, languages, time zones etc.
  • Innovative and creative thinking
  • Ability to monitor and identify trends that could lead to further evolution or modification of the program
  • Ability to work with senior onshore stakeholders, excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, should have the ability to develop trusted business advisor relationships with onshore stakeholders
  • Should have experience with virtual working preferable across multiple geographies, including cultural sensitivity, with a global mindset
  • Proven instances of being able to Independently identiy and resolve issues, come up with root cause evaluation and mitigation strategies thereby ensuring issues are not reccuring
  • Experience working with Alliance/Partner programs in a professional services or technology company. Exposre to Alliance program contracts will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements:


Academics:


  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or Law
  • Masters in Business Administration (Finance, Risk, Entrepreneurship, etc)
  • Exposure (work experience or academics) to Corporate and Finance Law would be an advantage

Experience:


  • 7 to 9 years of relevant work experience

Working Hours:


  • Flexible, based on assignment
