Description
Parallel is a product studio where we help our clients build better products, faster.

We focus on planning and designing high-impact products — ones that are citizen-focused, affect tons of people, and/or tackle important problems.

We make these products look better, but more importantly, we make them _work_ better for the millions of people using them.

Now we're looking for the latest addition to our lean design team — a Product Designer with a passion for solving problems and creating products that people love.

You will be working on challenging and exciting projects along with a product-centric team using some of the best methods around product discovery & design.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language and design system.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather valuable insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Stay uptodate with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products are innovative and visually compelling.
  • Create and iterate on marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity.

Perks

  • All the equipment you need to do your job
  • 30 days paid off (includes casual, sick leaves, birthday leave, and holidays).
  • Health insurance

Bengaluru

Fee:
INR 7,00,000 - INR 14,00,000

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions.
  • A passion for staying updated with industry trends and design best practices.
  • You can break down complex problems and come up with divergent solutions built on top of prevalent mental models and design patterns
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • You have a nag for seeing business and product goals beyond features & business decisions
