Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions.
  • Responsible for communicating with Hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  • Responsible for writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Responsible for screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Responsible for arranging telephone, video, or inperson interviews.
  • Responsible for offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

Required Skills -

  • Must have a relevant diploma/degree in HR domain.
  • Must have a good understanding of technology and technical skills of IT and Non IT industry.
  • Must have a relevant experience in recruitment processes and platforms of 1 to 2 years.
  • Must have good interpersonal and decisionmaking skills.
  • Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Must have negotiation skills.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali , Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
