Tele Marketing Executive (Immigration)
Job Overview:
As a Tele Marketing Executive specializing in Immigration services, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into clients by effectively communicating the benefits of immigration services.
Your role will involve contacting potential clients over the phone, understanding their immigration needs, providing them with relevant information about our services, and guiding them through the initial stages of the immigration process.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients interested in immigration services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on their immigration needs and eligibility criteria.
- Explain the benefits of our immigration services and address any inquiries or concerns raised by potential clients.
- Guide potential clients through the initial stages of the immigration process, including providing information on documentation, procedures, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and client conversion.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations governing tele marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in tele marketing or sales, preferably in the immigration or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and documentation requirements is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tele marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
₹8, ₹16,228.72 per month
