Roles and Responsibility

  • Complete target based Job
  • Explain details about the service
  • Consulting client for the right service
  • Take timely follow up from the customer
  • Maintain a good relationship with potential, & current clients
  • Following the sales pipeline
  • Maintaining customers data in the CRM
  • Responsible for negotiating and closing the deals.
  • Ensure that clients' demands are captured, understood, agreed, delivered, which creates a positive perception to the client
  • Coordinate with development team for clients need and support
  • Providing after sales services to clients
  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, wordofmouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Salary:
Up to ₹250,000.00 per year

  • Greater Noida,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:
