Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our electronic security systems and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct indepth needs assessments to understand client security requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our electronic security systems.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the electronic security industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to set realistic sales goals and objectives.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in electronic security systems and our product offerings.
- Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products to customers.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and industry trends.
Proposal and Quotation:
- Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotations to potential clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposals align with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring a winwin solution.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Customer Support:
- Provide excellent aftersales support, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about competitors' products and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the electronic security industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on electronic security systems or related technology products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
