Position Overview:


As a Sales Representative at, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our electronic security systems and related services.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role demands a proactive and customer-centric approach, along with technical knowledge of our products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct indepth needs assessments to understand client security requirements.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our electronic security systems.

Sales Strategy:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the electronic security industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to set realistic sales goals and objectives.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in electronic security systems and our product offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products to customers.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and industry trends.

Proposal and Quotation:


  • Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposals align with client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring a winwin solution.

Sales Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Customer Support:


  • Provide excellent aftersales support, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about competitors' products and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the electronic security industry.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on electronic security systems or related technology products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
