Description
Collections Specialists are generally responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables form clients and customers.


Responsibilities
Collecting and regularizing overdue cases.

Escalating any collection-related issue/ deviations to the collection manager.

Coordinating with field executives for cash collection

Responsible to give reminder calls to customers
