Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings and communication to understand client requirements and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- Respond promptly to client queries, concerns, and complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and provide recommendations on digital strategies and campaign optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, development, social media, SEO, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of digital projects.
- Create project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
