Full Job Description:


  • Negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
  • Good experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirement from prime vendor, Direct/Implementation Clients etc to submit the bench consultants.
  • Negotiating the best rates following up on interview schedule & placing the consultants.
  • Experience working with OPT/H1B/EAD's/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization consultants.
  • Regular interaction and followup with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirement.
  • Experience using job boars such as Dice, LinkedIn etc.

Location:
-: Unitech Cyber Park, Towe C, Sector 39 Gurgaon

Working Hours:

  • Night Shift (6.30 PM IST AM IST) (ON SITE)
