Position Description:

Technical:

Expert level of knowledge on cloud foundation services - connectivity (cloud as well as hybrid), cloud networking (Internet access, Firewalling, Load balancing, Routing, Topologies, Subnets, Vnet, Transit Gateway, Routing, Direct Connect, Express Route, DNS) on either Azure or AWS.

Strong experience with Cloud IAM (SSO, Groups, Roles, Policies, Directory services, Secrets Management) on 1 cloud platform (AWS or Azure) and Cloud Security (hardening, malware protection, encryption, security monitoring, logging and compliance)

Strong in infra provisioning using IaC tooling (Terraform, Cloud Formation Template, ARM Template, Python, Powershell etc)

Experience in setting up pipelines on Azure (Azure DevOps) and AWS (code commit, code build, code pipeline) using cloud native tooling

Prior experience on organizing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery drills and driving GRC initiatives would be good to have

Experience with Cloud Design & Architecture (requirements analysis, stakeholder management, modelling, documentation)

Process:
Experienced with ITIL and ITSM process and tools - Incident, Problem, Change Management. Service Now is the ITSM tool used across NXP IT.

Experienced with Agile WoW - CCoE uses SAFe for planning and delivery purpose. Jira is used for requirements and demand management

Strong experience with designing and driving Test and Release management and DevSecOps ways of working

Behavioral:
Ability to see bigger picture and drive things on own

True team player, very good soft skills (for enablement work)

Possess learning mindset and have strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
