Education B Tech/ Diploma in Civil engineering or Graduate along with working experience in Concrete industry (RMC/ Quality Control Lab of Construction Company)

Experience Minimum 5 years' experience working in Concrete industry

Specific skills & knowledge

I. Understanding of Concrete and their Ingredients including chemical admixtures

II. Understanding of Concrete Mix designs and performance requirement of different type of

Concrete and trouble shooting at construction site

III. Have basic formulation knowledge of admixtures

Responsibilities:

Conduct concrete trials at various customer sites/lab and formulate the effective admixtures
Support customer to use the Normet concrete admixtures at their project sites
Prepare complete concrete trials reports and share with all concerns
Attend customer complaints regarding performance of admixtures and do the needful to
