We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our website services.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information regarding our services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely followthrough on all client interactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies and processes.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and concerns.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 6 months of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in the website development or digital marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of different website platforms and basic technical terms.
