Introduction:

Trade and Transaction Reporting (TTR) IT provides technology solutions to meet the firm's regulatory reporting obligations for its derivative businesses.

The group reports both listed and OTC derivative products to global regulatory bodies, including the CFTC, SEC, FSA, JFSA and regulators in India, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore, with special focus on the derivatives reporting required under the Dodd-Frank act and MIFID regulation.

This individual will be responsible for the test deliveries within Trade and Transaction Reporting Team (TTR) to meet our regulatory deliverable responsibilities.

What will you be doing?

Experienced in gathering nonfunctional requirements and identifying Performance testing scope through explicit and implicit test requirements. Should be able to drive Non Functional Requirement for the program and get the required details working with various stakeholders like Architects, BAs, Engineering & Dev teams.
Be confident in making decisions with regards to testing scope, timelines, quality and risk. Communicate all decisions to stakeholders and escalate issues to Management in a timely manner.

What we're looking for:

10+ years of testing experience and good hands on experience for different performance testing like UI, API, Micro services, Batch, MQ, Database performance testing and tuning.
Experience in designing relevant performance test type as per nonfunctional requirements and goals,
Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and providing tuning recommendations.
Able to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders for requirements and design clarifications
Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously
Good Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and good exposure to Agile methodology
Able to work with remote team members and proactively interact with wider teams to resolve any roadblocks.
Must demonstrate effective communication with stakeholders, senior management, peers, and subordinates both verbally and in writing
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

A proven track record of testing in an agile/iterative environment (DevOps, SCRUM, BDD, TDD)
Significant experience in different performance testing like UI, API, Micro services, Batch, MQ, Database performance testing and tuning
Strong skills with Load Runner/HP Performance Center required script creation using VuGen. Should have extensive hands on experience on multiple protocols for scripting, good at Correlation, Parameterization, Error Handling
Experience in both Client side, Server side, Monitoring and profiling tools using OS resources Perfmon, JVisualVm, NMON, Splunk and Appdynamics.
Should have Excellent experience in Log Analysis.
Should possess strong understanding of E2E performance testing and Response time breakup of all Downstream systems.
Should have experience on Analysing the Hardware parameters (CPU, Memory, Network and IO operations) during performance testing executions.
Knowledge of Service virtualization and understanding of Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
Selfmotivated and assertive
Investment Banking knowledge will be an advantage.

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

IT Related Bachelor's Degree and formal certifications in the languages / test tools listed above
Strong knowledge and experience in Performance testing
Good hands on experience for different performance testing like UI, API, Micro services, Batch, MQ, Database performance testing and tuning.
