**Job Description of Project /Survey Coordinator

  • Site**
    Responsibilities:
    1. Project Planning
  • Identify the deliverables.
  • Input required and collection.
  • Time estimation for completion of tasks among the team, vendor & client.

2. Team Identification & Project Induction to Team

  • Identify the resources & TL's for hiring at site. o Induction of team, about the project & mobilisation as per plan
  • Training to carry out the work in cost & time efficient manner.

3. Work Allocation & Team Management

  • Manage work allocation for team & set goals.
  • Supervise, and evaluate the activities of the team regular basis.
  • Updation of technological advances, new software, survey equipment's, or new procedures etc

4. Identification of Vendors - Survey

  • Finalise the list of survey activities with completion timelines.
  • Identify & finalise the vendorscomplete PO, Vendor Registration & Supporting documents
  • Keep track of invoices of vendor & payment receipt to them

5. QC & Report Creation related to Production.

  • Perform GIS data Quality Control of all data. The process of quality control includes reviewing the data for completeness and accuracy, identifying, correcting errors or omissions in the data and ensuring that that data is stored correctly in the GIS database.
  • Able generate to generate progress report precisely.

6. Client Handling

  • Bridge between the team, vendor & client
  • Provide the progress status & presentation for meeting with client & management.
  • Travelling as and when required to client & field o Liasioning, query management
  • Share the Minutes of Meeting with management (MOM) & client, at very next day.

7. Delivery of Data

  • Adhere the timelines.
  • Accuracy of data.
  • Client Approvals.
  • Payment Materialization
  • Invoicing and approvals
  • Payment Followups

9. Project Closer & Completion Certificate

  • Get the stagewise closer certificate. So that it will minimizes the rework or hold of project work if change of Officer due transfer / promotion and /or change in Govt. after election and or similar scenario.
  • Get the final closer certificate.

10. Backup Submission

  • Maintain regular backup of data.

11. Others

  • All the work to be carried out as per SOP's o Prepare status reports, presentation, detailed report writing as well as reviewing of technical reports
  • Assist Project Manager in replying to Letters/ Notices etc.

Education:
Graduate in any discipline and or MBA or MCA


Experience:

min. 5 yrs of experience in handling above mentioned survey activities
