Description
- Coordinate and monitor all learning programs as per defined processes
- Maintain Learning and development data.
- Implement training programs as per monthly calendar/ Ad hoc requests Logistics management/ implementing standard set up for training room.
- Cater to any special requests for room setup/ facilitator and participant travel(outside of FS GBU) Ensuring attendance is marked and feedback shared by participants and communicate the feedback summary with all stake holders Track update and generate reports on Learning and development metrics.
- Maintain & update resource availability records to enable efficient planning of training/learning resources.
- Coordinate with IT and support teams for the upkeep and maintenance of learning equipment.
- Interact with IT team for lab setup in collaboration with Junior / senior specialist.
- Ensure programs are closed/cancelled on the LMS.
