Role Summary:
We are looking for a Loan Officer with at least one year of experience, preferably with an EdTech organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring; that the loan process for all the students associated with Zell is smooth.

You will be closely working with the finance partners.


Primary responsibility:


  • Calling the confirmed lead for documentation.
  • Ensuring the loan is closed as per TAT.
  • Coordinating with the finance partners to ensure a smooth experience for students.
  • Maintain & update account records.
  • Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.

Eligibility:


  • Proven working experience as a Loan Officer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a goaloriented environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's qualification is mandatory.
