Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of website development services.
- Employ various channels, including online platforms and networking events, to generate leads.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects.
Client Engagement:
- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of client requirements and customize proposals to meet their needs.
- Effectively convey our services, value proposition, and prior successes.
Project Bidding:
- Prepare and submit persuasive project proposals and bids.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop precise project estimates.
- Follow up with clients to address queries, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Market Research:
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Identify emerging opportunities within the website development market.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Conduct successful client presentations and meetings.
Independence:
- Work autonomously to manage your leads and sales pipeline.
- Establish and accomplish sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 25 years in business development for web development projects.
- A track record of successful project bidding and lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Selfmotivated, driven, and resultsoriented.
- Knowledge of website development and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
