JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Past Experience in the PEB and CIVIL CONSTRUCTION industry.
Familiar and good relationship with architect and builders.
Should be technically sound to have meetings with Architects/Consultants and Clients.
Should Belong to the industry having a strong network with various clients.
Exploring new markets and business from existing customers.
Maintained, Developed and increased customer base and followed up with customers for their New upcoming projects.
Handling sales of product & services to prospective customers, keeping the view of the defined targets.
Maintains a database of customers and updates it regularly
Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals.
Good understanding of the new projects coming up.
Customer relations management and customer services.
To handle customers specification, correspondences and technical Drawing from enquiry to closer stage, Reply on technical complain up to the satisfactory level of customers.
Customer feedback collection.
