Job Summary

  • Manage the daily activities of the Security services at multiple client sites.
  • Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction.
  • Daily supervision of the security staff, including the day, event and postevent crews.
  • Recruit, schedule and train all new security staff members.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety and conduct.
  • Prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.
  • Provide and/or implement security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
  • Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
  • Provide specialized security for monitoring access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:


  • Graduation
  • Five years of related security experience required.

Physical Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 feet 10 inch height and 75 kg weight.

Pay:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
