ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborating with Senior Management for strategy formulation
  • Overlook & ensure quality delivery of all academic programs in the retail domain
  • Monitor daytoday functioning of batches/classes Pan-India
  • Develop & foster effective collaboration with Mentors
  • Liaison with the batch stakeholders & guide the team for student handling & coordination
  • Identify areas where operations could be improved or enhanced through technology, organizational, and/or process change

MUST HAVE'S:


  • 12 years of experience in Education / Edtech operations.
  • Highly developed communication & organizational skills along with superior interpersonal skills
  • Strong management & leadership skills & wellversed with nuances of leading a team
  • Wellversed with Microsoft office software like Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Office.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur , Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
