To ensure smooth operations of network with a view to deliver enhanced network experience to the customers with full safety compliance.

Network upkeep. Maintain CPRNA
Corrective & preventive maintenance of BSS and MW network
Ensuring O&M spare availability, Repair and Return for Operations
MTX Infra Operations Management
Network efficiency, OPEX cost optimization
Governance with MS partners, IPs for overall operations
Estate Management of Operational sites in coordination with IP's
HSW Compliance of Network employees and partners

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5)

Analytic, Indepth technical knowledge of Radio and MW Network
SME in 2G, 3G & 4G RAN technologies
Strong Leadership skills with extensive experience of handling Cross functional teams across functions and vendors
Self-Starter, Customer Focused
Quick learner, knowledge on change in technological trends.
Bachelor of Engineering
Min 12+ years of Experience in Handling Network Projects, Operations and governance of multivendor and multitechnology networks.
