Role Defination:


Office admin is responsible for providing complete support to the sales and service team in from organizing the offers till supply of the machines/Spares to the customer.


Also as accounts responsibilities include processing inward as well as outward payments, reviewing and reconciling accounts, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts and preparation of periodic reports.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Co ordinating with Sales team
  • Preparation of Quotation
  • Preparation of Order Received
  • Preparation of Proforma Invoice/ Order Confirmation
  • Follow up for Sales Payment
  • Coordination of Supply activities
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Sales Team
  • Checking & Coordination of Travel Claims of sales team
  • CRM Updates
  • Report Generation
  • Events participation and Coordination
  • Accounts related work

Your Profile - Must

  • Bachelor's degree (BCOM)with 01 years' work experience in admin activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills.
  • Able to travel extensively.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with top management.
  • Should have good presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of Tally Software

Job Types:

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
