Key responsibilities
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 56 years of experience
- Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firmspecific programs and software
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, project management and problemsolving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Note:

Salary:
₹300, ₹324,000.00 per year
