1)Greeting visitors
2)Managing security and telecommunications systems
4)Transferring calls as necessary
5)Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
Managing meeting room availability
6)Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
7)Preparing vouchers
Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
8)Recording and maintaining office expenses
9)Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
10)Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service provideR.
12) Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
