- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a highperforming sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet market requirements
- Increase Physical & Digital Coverage of Dealership
- Lead Generation & Closing high ticket value deal
Pay:
₹532, ₹700,443.26 per year
