Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Proactively search for relevant web development projects on the Upwork platform. Identify potential clients and projects that match our skills and capabilities.

Proposal Creation:
Craft well-written, tailored proposals that showcase our expertise and understanding of clients' needs. Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points to stand out from other bidders.

Client Communication:
Engage in timely and effective communication with clients to understand project requirements.

Requirements:

Proven Upwork Experience:
Demonstrated success as an Upwork Bidder with a strong portfolio of successfully secured web development projects.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Proficient in written and spoken English.

Expected Start Date: 25/12/2023

Salary:
₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
