Front Desk Executive/ Receptionist - Ahmedabad, India - ESPI VISA CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD.
Description
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address queries/complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages, couriers, etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Ask clients to subscribe company's YouTube channel, Facebook page, instagram page, etc.
- Monitoring and responsible for the cleaning of the office premises
- To maintain required office stationary
- To maintain the visitors register
- In absent the work should be allotted
- Overall management of reception areas
- Service and maintenance of equipment like AC, Printer, etc.
- Take up other duties as assigned
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
