**Job Description:- *
- Managing Drivers and Vehicles: Allocation, shift management. Practically ensuring a driver is provided with a car and vice versa.
- Chasing weekly and monthly targets per vehicle and ensuring the targets are achieved
- MIS reports and monthly analysis
- Responsibility for driver attrition by conceptualising and executing various schemes for the drivers
- Creating Incentives and payout structures
- Addressing driver grievances and handling all escalations from the core team responsible for driver engagements.
We are looking for a person who has:
- Keen Interest in Transport Industry.
- Exceptionally selfmotivated and directed.
- Ability to motivate in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
- Good multitasking and analytical skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
