PNC Cognitio School is currently looking for a dynamic and highly organized Admissions Officer with a strong background in administration to join our dedicated team.

Job Responsibilities:

1.

Admissions & Counselling:

Counsel prospective parents about PNC Cognitio
IGCSE and ICSE curriculum. Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective admissions.

2.

Parents & Student Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the admission process.
Conduct campus tours and informational sessions.

3.

Data Management:

Generate reports and analyse data related to admissions metrics.

4.

Collaboration:

Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and staff to coordinate admissionsrelated activities.
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth daytoday operations.

5.

Events and Outreach:

Plan and execute admissions events, open houses, and outreach programs.
Represent the school at community events and fairs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in admissions, preferably in an international educational institution.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in administrative tasks & data management.
Familiarity with IGCSE, ICSE curriculum and school admissions processes.
