As an office assistant, your responsibilities typically include a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support the smooth operation of an office or workplace

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, managing correspondence, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.


Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Update and maintain calendars for individuals or teams.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems. Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.

Reception Duties:
Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and provide general information about the organization. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Supply Management:
Monitor and restock office supplies such as stationery, printer cartridges, and other consumables. Place orders with suppliers as necessary.


Salary:
₹13, ₹26,217.07 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:
