Roles and Responsibilities

  • Training the aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness all modules will be readily available).
  • Post placement counselling of aspirants.
  • Support the center in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
  • Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.
  • Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module
  • Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement.
  • Supporting center in other works as and when required
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

Proven experience in the field of training or coaching.

Preferable from Skill Development Industry


Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
