Description

Work with buyers, sellers, and renters to sell, rent pre-owned properties throughout the area.

Communicate & follow up with above leads of prospective clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Accompany buyers during visits and inspection of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of property they are visiting
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, disbursement of funds and other paper works.
Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution.
Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services.
Work with area building owners and landlords to assist in sufficient occupancy rates in commercial/industrial buildings.
Establish and maintained good relations with all clients.
Research the market regularly to generate lists of properties for prospective clients.
Provide administrative support to clients to ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction.
Market properties through advertisements, open houses, cold calling, networking and using various internet marketing tools, as well as community outreach.
Therefore, generating revenue and achieving individual target.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
