Education:

  • Diploma / Any Graduate

Good English Communication is Mandatory

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 2 Years in related field
  • Minimum Experience :6 Months to 1 Year Proven experience in telemarketing or tele calling, especially in a sales or customer service capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller your primary role will be to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, provide information, and assist with their inquiries.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided lead lists. Present our products/services and explain their features and benefits.
Effectively communicate promotional offers and campaigns.

  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming customer calls and address their questions, concerns, and requests. Provide information about our products/services and assist with placing orders or resolving issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active and empathetic communication. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system. Maintain detailed call logs for reporting and analysis.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle objections and difficult customer interactions professionally.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Languages:
  • English, Hindi and Marathi.
