Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products/services to identify defects or deviations from specifications
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development process
  • Create and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality and efficiency
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance protocols and best practices
  • Investigate customer complaints or concerns related to product/service quality and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with quality assurance tools and methodologies
  • Certification in quality assurance is a plus
