Purchase Executive - Pune, India - Parul Engineering
Description
To make a plan for raw material/consumable purchase as per customer schedule/indent.- Review of daily minimum stock requirement and determine the material order.
- To prepare and release PO based on quotation pricing, comparison and negotiation with the vendors.
- To monitor material incoming as per given schedule and take necessary actions for the short fall of material.
- To do regular follow up with supplier for timely material delivery.
- To attend daily meeting with proper preparation.
- To plan advance payment for raw material and consumable supplier payment.
- To prepare consumable report every month and submit.
- To carry out inventory activity at plant on monthly basis and focus on minimum inventory level.
- Responsible for arranging proper transport system/logistic for dispatches.
- To ensure cost cutting measures at all time for all materials by way of negotiations with the vendors/suppliers.
- Prepare purchase and store performance report and attend monthly review meeting with the management (MRM).

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
