Responsibilities:


  • Bridging the gap between the user, the development team, and key business stakeholders. Executing all visual design stages from concept to final.
  • Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executivelevel stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Skills Required:


  • Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. and In Vision).
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Good timemanagement skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating skills and process.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Salary:
₹550, ₹700,000.00 per year
