Preferred Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and cash management.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for the senior leadership team.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting and analysis.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the sneaker industry or similar highend consumer goods industry.
  • Good communication skills

Salary:
₹800, ₹900,000.00 per year
