Prepare & maintain MIS report

  • Manage the overall running of the sales team
  • Building and promoting healthy, longlasting customer relations with existing and
new supplier by partnering with them

  • Developing plans for team sales activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed
targets, effective search of leads/prospects

  • Development and preparation of the organization's sales strategy and general Business
planning with MD

  • Prepare and agree presentations, proposals and price lists to enable the team to deliver
accurate and competitive information while maintaining maximum profit margin and

assist team members to prepare and deliver client/customer presentations, proposals

and price lists

  • Prepare cost sheet of the products as per requirements
  • Assist to maintain contact with client/customers for feedback and to obtain client
/customer satisfaction

  • Maintain records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities
  • Prepare costing & techno commercial offer
  • Building customer relations & identifying new clients (India & UAE), & follow up
with customers for business.

  • Maintain all export related documents
  • Coordination with internal department in order to process the order.
  • Coordination for dispatch team.
  • Internal coordination with factory and design/engineering.
  • To undertake other duties as requested

Skills:


  • Must have technical experience BE Mech
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience
  • Very well versed with TALLY
  • Must have International Currency Knowledge
  • Time management and prioritising workload
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent customer service skills
