Description

Responsibilities:


  • Making outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments and followup on their pet's health
  • Provide information about veterinary services, including pricing, procedures, and treatments
  • Ensure that all client data is accurately entered into the hospital's management software
  • Handle and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure that appointments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures preferred
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
