Description
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments and followup on their pet's health
- Provide information about veterinary services, including pricing, procedures, and treatments
- Ensure that all client data is accurately entered into the hospital's management software
- Handle and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure that appointments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures preferred
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
