Implementation of diversity and inclusion strategy:

  • Coordinating and organizing various workshops on D&I awareness and sensitization programs across multiple locations and level
  • Engagement with industry and partners to understand trends and best practices
  • Time and stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships within the business and across function and help them execute D&I related programs and events
  • Works with the Recruiting team to create and implement a diversity recruitment strategy
  • Working with D&I Volunteers and Allies to build an environment where all team members feel they belong and can show up as their full
- selves


Primary Skills:


  • Ability to understand and think though to dismantle systemic inequities from various D&I dimensions like:
  • LGBT+, Person with Disability, Gender, Generation and Unconscious Biases
  • Expertise in drawing meaningful insights from data to create strategy, tell a narrative and operationalize solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered
  • Strong cultural dexterity
  • Should be able to tap market intelligence and to connect with organizations working on inclusion
  • Demonstrates passion and interest in Diversity & Inclusion
  • MBA (HR), PGDM

Secondary Skills:


  • Fluency in English; additional language(s) valued
  • Strong presentation making/ analytical skills and project management skills is key
