We are seeking a person with a positive attitude toward client satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Support the sales team in pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide training.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage client data and generate reports.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and share insights with clients.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare management reports.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional and friendly demeanor
