Job Description:

Skills Required


Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate actively with process analysts and partner with business engagement leads to design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies.

Co-design and validate future state processes that are compatible with future state digital solution.
Provide expertise in defining the best solution options for any given opportunity.
Support business case development by helping to size the opportunity implementation effort and cost.
Develop solution design specifications to the bank's standard for digital solutions.
Troubleshoot and manage problem solving during the solution build and test phases.
Team leadership and management support of digital configurators incl. external vendor resources.
Build thought leadership and expertise around best-practice digital solution design and implementation.
Uses discretionary judgement to install, maintain, and support basic to moderately complex systems for end users and/or business, technology stakeholders;
Analyzes current and proposed departmental/user solutions, framework and architecture and propose improvements.

Assists in the development of and provides training to stakeholders on new or updated technologies; may supervise or provide functional direction to support staff and/or employees.

Supports research and development initiatives and/or projects involving the
implementation of change requests, new technologies.
Assists in the review, evaluation and recommendation of solutions relating to Digital Channels and technology.

Gathers facts and data to ensure compliance and mitigation with controls as mandated by regulator and organization, audit and governance.

Analyzes and solves problems of routine complexity on digital solutions; provides a wide range of in-depth technical assistance to departmental users and/or support staff.

Analyzes the need for scripts to automate tasks for departments. associated tasks, vendor management.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Engg. In IT / Computers, Post Grad preferably in IT/CS, MCA Management qualification will be preferable


Technical:

Excellent knowledge of Digital Channels framework and technology.
knowledge of Core API platforms.
SQL, Oracle knowledge & developmental skills.
Knowledge and overview about Cloud Operations and technology.
Deep knowledge of SDLC for projects and ability to follow them.

Ability to research and validate with data and facts with solution proposals.
Ability to work with team to motivate them and keep them bonded towards common goals
Behavioral Ability to take directions and work independently to produce results.
