The opportunity
We are looking for Executive Assistants

  • MENA Expense CoE to support MENA Partners, Principals and Associate Partners (PPAPs) with their expenses. This professional provides support for the team will process and manage all expense requests in liaison with ESs across MENA. This will enable ESs to utilize their time more efficiently and better support their PPAP portfolio.

Your key responsibilities

  • Primary role of the EA is to work closely with the onshore EAs to claim the expenses on behalf of the PPAPs
  • MENA Expense COE team help claim the PPAP expenses incurred through corporate card in the Expense tool.
  • Acknowledge requests assigned on time
  • Clarify any queries before preparing an expense draft
  • EA drafts and submits the expenses for audit
  • EAs to follow up barcodes submitted and answer all the audit queries
  • Follow up with the auditors in case of any delay and onshore EAs in case of auditor comments
  • EA need to be familiar with tools such as GFIS and Mercury for expense submission purposes
  • EAs to ensure expense barcodes are processed and it's notified to the MENA onshore EAs

To qualify for the role, you must have

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Good command over English (written & spoken) is mandatory

Experience:


  • 1 to 4 Years
  • At least a year of experience working in a team environment handling virtual secretarial services is preferred
  • Good command over English (written & spoken) is mandatory
