Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to individuals in the United States to discuss healthcare and compensation options
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Input and retrieve customer data using computer systems
  • Meet performance metrics and targets
  • Follow up with customers as necessary

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Comfortable using a computer to input and retrieve data
  • Willingness to work in the night shift
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
