Job description
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LISTED COMPANIES.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Well knowledge of secretarial work & compliance applicable for listed company, meeting requirement as per listing agreement, listing obligations.
- Company Secretarial activities
- Preparation of Notice of Board Meeting, AGMs/EGMs, Committees with their Agenda, Minutes of meeting & Statutory Registers;
- Other secretarial compliances of listed as well as nonlisted subsidiaries/associates/group companies.
- Assisting to Company Secretary in Company Secretarial and Legal matters of group companies, convening
- Annual General Meeting, Board & Committee Meetings.
- Fulfilment of related compliance including the filing of forms, as required.
- Should be well versed with company\'s law, compliances, finance and accounts Preparation Certification, filing of Various forms under the companies Act
